Shipping and Return Policy

PAYMENT:

I accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit, ApplePay, and Paypal. 

TURNAROUND TIME:

All artwork is kept in stock and ready to ship. Orders will be packed and mailed within 48 hours. If you need your items expedited, please make sure to send me an email at info@erinplewes.com, and I will do everything I can to accommodate.   

SHIPPING (USA):

Currently, I am shipping all orders for FREE in the Continental US. These will be shipped via First Class USPS from Charlottesville, VA, and usually reach their USA destination within 3-7 days. 

HOW DO I GET IT QUICKER?:

You can arrange expedited shipping on all orders via USPS or UPS. These options will be given during checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, I am currently only shipping to the US and Canada. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail International Service or via UPS. You will choose this during checkout.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ITEMS?:

Prints are wrapped in cellophane to protect from moisture and shipped in a rigid photo mailer. Framed items are shipped in protective bubble wrap and boxes. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES:

Packages containing prints that are 8"x10" or smaller are shipped as oversized lettermail and should not incur any customs charges. Larger items may incur additional fees, taxes, or customs charges. As these charges are unpredictable, I cannot provide calculations for these fees. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees should they occur. I cannot accept returns due to customs charges on international delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ARTWORK: 

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item hasn't arrived as it should or has been damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately to address this issue. Otherwise, if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you can return your artwork for a full refund within 15 days. The items must arrive in original packaging and in unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Once received, the original form of payment will be refunded.   

COLORS OF PRINTS:

Please be aware that there may be a slight color variation between how my prints look on your computer monitor and your purchased prints' real-life color. This is caused by small differences in the way monitors are calibrated.
