TURN AROUND TIME:
Typically, my orders take 48 hours or less from the time of your purchase. If your order is more complex, I will let you know in advance if it will take longer to deliver.
RETURN, CANCELLATION, and REVISION POLICY:
As this is a digital product and photo editing service, there is a no-return and no-cancellation policy. HOWEVER, your happiness is my goal! The package price includes one edit for the original work order if needed. Additional fees may exist for further revisions or other requests outside the original work order. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please let me know, and we will work together until you are happy with your final product.
RECEIVING YOUR FILE(S):
Completed files will be sent via Etsy messages or Google Drive, depending on the project size. I will hold all files for 30 days from completion. Please make sure to download your files at full resolution. Please note nothing will be mailed as these are digital files only.
BULK ORDERS:
For photographers or e-commerce business owners, I welcome working with you on bulk orders. Please let me know how many photos you need adjusted, and I will work to get you special pricing.
